Lowest Price Guarantee
Lowest Price Guarantee is based on the identical item ONLY. (Not a low quality look alike.) Shipping cost is also used to determine the actual price of the product. Some stores offer lower price shipping but the cost is added into the product to make it appear that the shipping is a fixed, lower amount.  We will match the total cost of the product plus shipping and then take an additional 5% Off.  Overstock and other clearance houses guarantees are not honored.  We honor the list prices of online stores and retail stores.

OverMax and Large Item Truck Delivery

  • Large items or very delicate items require special packaging.  This special packaging makes the item oversized or requires the item to be crated, thus making it an OverMax or Large Item Truck Delivery. 
  • Shipping costs can vary greatly, depending on your location. 
  • For these reasons, we require that you call us at 1-888-824-4741 or email us  the item name and number, along with your shipping address and contact information for a shipping quote to your location BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER! 
  • If you place your order online without first receiving a shipping quote, you will be notified of the shipping charge amount and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
  • All items shipped via truck/freight are not returnable.

Location

Beautiful Stained Glass ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states,   Alaska and Hawaii as well as international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).  Shipping charges included in pricing is for the congituous 48 U.S. states ONLY!

For any orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 U.S. states, you will be charged actual shipping charges.  Please email us the item name and number, your shipping address and contact information for a shipping quote to your location.  If you order through our shopping cart, you will be notified of the actual shipping charges and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Light fixtures can be customized just for you! See a shade you like? We can make
it a tiffany lamp, chandelier, floor lamp, ceiling pendant or a ceiling fan light fixture.
Wall Sconces can be up or down. Billiard Lights are Island Lights. It is only as wide
as your imagination!

In addition to custom colors and sizing, several types of custom design
processes are offered:

1) Copperfoil Construction-- individual pieces of stained glass cut by
hand, wrapped in copperfoil, and soldered together.

2) Sandcarved Designs-- etched into layered glass using special tools for
an elegant "engraved look."

3) Fused Images-- high-fired at 1400 degrees in kilns and fused into the
glass.

4) Silk Screening-- enables designs to be silk screened directly to the
glass and kiln-fired.

Shipping & Handling

Each piece is carefully packaged to insure safe delivery to your home.  All Shipping prices include Insurance.  Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.  For Custom Made Orders, please allow 6 to 8 weeks.  Please contact us if you would like to know the approximate shipping time of a particular item.  International shipping is available, however, you must call first to see if it can be shipped to a particular country and also to check the price of shipping.  Any orders received from outside the continental United States will not be processed until shipping arrangements have been made.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal for payment.

Custom Made Items
Items that are custom made include our Old Forge Collection, Craftsman Series, Colorado Dallas, Teena Ironworks, Metro Lighting by Meyda and Metro Fusion by Meyda.  Because of the cost of production on custom made items, order cancellations will be charged a processing fee.  Returns or exchanges for custom made items will be charged a processing fee.  Please be sure of the dimensions and colors on custom made items.  They are costly to manufacture and ship.  All returns or exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise
All merchandise is fully insured against damages during shipping. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, it will be immediately
replaced at no charge to you. Shipping damages are very rare but can happen.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Please send us an
email or call us at 1-888-824-4741 within 3 business days after receiving your package. Failure to notify us within 3 business days could result
in claims not being honored.

Please keep all packaging materials. Our manufacturer takes extra precautions in packing your merchandise to ensure it arrives undamaged.
All merchandise will have to be inspected and re-packaged in the same packaging that it was delivered to you. We will pay all return shipping
on items damaged in transit and we will send an identical replacement to you at no extra cost. Please retain all packaging material for collection
by Fed-ex or UPS Ground. If it has been delivered by common carrier please inspect the carton and note any damages on the freight bill.
Open the carton and inspect your merchandise. Please note any damages to your merchandise.

Exchanges and Returns
Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.  We do not stock all products, and therefore, are able to offer a vast selection for our customers. However, this also means that we are subject to the manufacturers' returns policies.  We are sorry but we cannot accept a return if the item has been installed or altered from it's original state in any way. If item is damaged in shipping while returning, you must collect the insurance.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 770-205-0592 or email us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product.  Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  The item must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material. Returns must be authorized by Beautiful Stained Glass.  Items returned without authorization are the sole responsibility of the customer and no guarantees are given.

Custom made items or items delivered via truck or freight delivery are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered (with no clipped or cut wires) and contain all original product packaging and
accessories. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

Returns cannot be accepted beyond 7 days from receipt of your item.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will pay for the cost
of shipping.  Beautiful Stained Glass cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, therefore customers should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product to protect you in the event of loss or damage.  If you return merchandise with no insurance, you are responsible for that item.

Most merchandise, after being re-packaged by the consumer comes back damaged and unusable. If you return merchandise with no insurance or tracking information, you are responsible for that item.  Beautiful Stained Glass does not give refunds for merchandise that is damaged during the return transit.  You will have to file a claim with the shipper in order to receive your refund. 

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping to you or the cost of return shipping. The item must be in original condition with all original packing materials, instructions and components. Damaged or Defective goods are exempt from this policy and will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you. 

Returns that do not follow our guidelines may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.

Do not return merchandise unless you have contacted us for a return address and information on where and how to return your merchandise.  Do not return merchandise without first receiving an RGA number.  Do not return merchandise without tracking information and insurance.  Any return without the required criteria will not be honored.

All products are backed by our manufacturers for manufacturing defects and are insured for damages incurred during shipping.  These items will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer.

Handle all returns delicately! Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.

All products on our website are handcrafted by talented artisans. Since each is a unique creation, slight variances will occur in the size and appearance of these products. Small blisters and flow lines are inevitable in blown and molded glass. These minor variations are not considered defects. Colors in stained glass varies and is not considered a returnable item.  However, we will work with you on any issues that are deemed reasonable.

Every  item is a unique, handcrafted work of art.   Natural variation in the glass and finish make each and every one a masterpiece all its own.  Photographs are a general representation of the product.  Colors will vary.

For cancelled orders on the part of the consumer, we charge a processing fee for the amount charged to us by our credit card company.
