  • Large items or very delicate items require special packaging.  This special packaging makes the item oversized or requires the item to be crated, thus making it an OverMax or Large Item Truck Delivery. 
  • Shipping costs can vary greatly, depending on your location. 
  • For these reasons, we require that you call us at 1-888-824-4741 or email us  the item name and number, along with your shipping address and contact information for a shipping quote to your location BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!

Damaged Goods

Open boxes immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours if damaged goods are discovered. HOLD GOODS IN ORIGINAL CARTONS AND PACKAGING. For obvious external damage or rattling, open carton in presence of the driver and instruct him or her to note damage in their log.
